It is our great pleasure to announce that PNC 2025 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will take place at Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi, Vietnam, from September 20-22, 2025.

The main theme this year is: Mind Meets Machine: Rethinking Intelligence and Knowledge in the Age of AI

The technical program of PNC 2025 will include invited keynote speeches, paper presentations, ECAI workshops, and a poster session. 

We welcome submissions focusing on but not limited to the following topics: GIS, Digital Humanities, Digital Transformation, AI, Vietnamese Cultural History, Techniques and Technologies of Cultural Memory, Pedagogy, Socio-cultural Data, etc.

PNC 2025 is hosted jointly by:

the Institute of Social Sciences Information (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences), 

the Institute of Philosophy (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences), 

the Pacific Neighborhood Consortium (PNC).
