Guidelines for poster presentation:

• Please use the poster template for presenting your poster.  

• The working area of the poster stand is 3x4 feet. We request you to kindly make sure that your posters will be accommodated within the given working /display area.

• Each poster stand will feature the corresponding abstract ID. Please affix your poster to the designated stand accordingly.

• Posters should be affixed to the designated stands by 10 am on the symposium day for display.

• The poster session is scheduled on 2 August, 3-5 pm. Kindly ensure that you will be available near the poster at given time for evaluation.

• You do NOT need to confine to the sections given in the template, but keep the header and footer as it is and maintain uniformity. Please ensure the posters to be printed in portrait mode. Landscape mode is not allowed.

• All participants are required to print their posters on A0 (3 x 4 ft) sheets.

• Please ensure the posters to be printed beforehand as we will not be providing printing facilities here.

• The best posters will be awarded during the valedictory session.
