Our Journey

Learning with professionals from PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa has been fun and definitely taught me a lot of new things. Apart from having normal classes, this is one of the perks of being an IBE Student. IBE provides its students with various different kinds of learning. The project with PMO honed my analytical thinking in both doing the project and troubleshooting the problems faced along the way. The project gave the team a chance to really do a project starting from scratch, which gave the us lots of opportunities to make mistakes and still learn from that. Nothing beats learning experience like that.

We developed a great partnership as a team during our project with PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa and the project has made our learning experiences to be more broaden aside from our in-class activities . Their insights into cloud database computing and ability to execute improvements based on these learnings has been impressive and exciting. The project allowed me to develop my critical thinking as well as analytical thinking skills to solve real data situation. The team allowed me to grow as a member that compliment each other capabilities to achieve one big equivalent goal.

Absolutely thankful for this out-of-the-box learning experience!

I am so grateful that IBE gave us a chance to do this internship with PT Berca Hardayaperkasa, so we can implement what we have learnt at class into real world problem. Starting from the ETL process until creating an interactive dashboard, this internship definitely gives us a taste of how it likes to work as a business analyst. Not only strengthen our analytical thinking as well as query skills, this PMO project motivate us to explore our creativity and learn beyond our limit in order to solve every problem we faced during this project. Moreover, as we finished this project as a team, I realize that team works definitely make the dream works. I am so grateful to be able to learn and grow together with my team mates during this project.

Looking forward to another great opportunities to learn more!

In this opportunity , I learned alot of things. I learned a great partnership, a great team work and also a wonderful spirit that supports each other in doing making the project. Aside from learning about new things with PT. Berca and also in classes, I really appreciate my team mates because they are the reason I can still learn something new day by day and also been very patient in teaching me step by step and even most of the times when I forget things they really support and teach me full hearted. Even though we have been dealing with several kinds of problems and obstacles, I'm also very grateful that we always found a solution to it and always have each others back, always. For me, this project gives me a true definition of a team which will never leaves you whatever, whenever, and even however bad you're situations are at that time. You will never be alone, and always be together. I would like to say thank you to my members, it has been a blessing and a honoured opportunity working with you guys.

In this project I'm geateful that there are no competitions at all between us, the only competition that we tried to achieve is about how we strike our best and develop our wings together to fly high, together.
