Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services of PMJ Fine Painting, located in LaSalle, CO, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial painting services, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, drywall repair, and water-damage restoration.

Service Scope and Agreement

Before starting any project, a formal written agreement or estimate will outline the scope of work, materials, and timeline. PMJ Fine Painting reserves the right to adjust project timelines due to weather, unforeseen conditions, or client-requested changes. Any alterations must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in the estimate or invoice provided. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. PMJ Fine Painting accepts cash, check, and other specified payment methods.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. PMJ Fine Painting reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or staff availability and will notify clients promptly.

Warranty and Liability

PMJ Fine Painting provides a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for a period specified in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as moisture, structural issues, or neglect. We are fully insured but are not liable for pre-existing damage or unrelated issues uncovered during service.

Property Access and Preparation

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property during scheduled work hours. Areas to be painted must be cleared of furniture and personal items unless otherwise arranged. PMJ Fine Painting is not responsible for damage to items left in the workspace that were not removed or protected by the client.

Use of Materials and Colors

All paint and materials used will be clearly specified in the estimate or agreed upon in writing. While we offer color consultation, final color choices are the responsibility of the client. PMJ Fine Painting is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to client-chosen colors once applied.

Changes to Terms

PMJ Fine Painting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
