12:00 - 1:00pm - Arrival

• Please park around the back of the school

  • Do not park in bus lanes

• Enter the school through Rear Main Entrance

  • Be ready to go through metal detectors

  • Auditorium on the right

1:00-1:30 - Welcome and Logistics

1:30-3:00 - Rehearsal

• Red - Stage

• White - Chorus Room

• Blue - Band Room

3:00 - Break/Snack

3:30-5:00 - Rehearsal

• Rehearsal areas remain the same

5:00-6:00 - Dinner

6:00-7:30 - Rehearsal

• Red - Band Room

• White - Chorus Room

• Blue - Stage

7:30-7:45 - Snack/Transition

7:45 - Adult Jazz Performance in Auditorium

8:30ish - Commuters Dismissed

8:45 - Bus to Hotel

10:00 - Lights Out

• Hired Security will be present

Friday, Feb. 13th - Day 2

6:00-8:30am - Breakfast at the Hotel

8:30 - Load Busses and Room Check

8:45 - Depart from Hotel 

9:00 - Meet in Auditorium for Announcements

9:15-10:45 - Rehearsal

• Rehearsal areas remain the same

10:45 - Break/Snack and Transition

11:00-12:30 - Rehearsal

• Red - Band Room

• White - Stage

• Blue - Chorus Room

12:30 - 1:30 - Lunch
