Philippine Military Academy
The Philippine Military Academy started on October 25, 1898 in Malolos, Bulacan upon issuance of a decree by the first president of the young Philippine Republic, General Emilio Aguinaldo. Graduates were awarded regular commission in the armed forces.Â
The purpose of Philippine Military Academy To instruct, train and develop cadets so that each graduate shall posess the character, the broad and basic military skills and the education essential to the successful pursuit of a progressive military career.
