At PlusReport, we are firmly committed to protecting children online and maintaining a platform free from any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We fully comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy and all applicable local and international child protection laws.

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for any type of content, behavior, or activity that involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Sharing or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Grooming or attempting to exploit a minor

• Sextortion or trafficking-related activities

• Using our platform to engage with minors for abusive purposes

PlusReport is designed exclusively for adults (18+). We actively monitor our app environment to ensure that it remains free of any CSAE-related threats or behaviors.

2. No CSAE Content or Behavior Allowed

• We do not allow users to upload, share, or engage in any content or activity that exploits or endangers children.

• We do not collect or process any images, messages, or media that could be linked to minors.

• Our app does not include any user-generated content, messaging, or social interaction features where CSAE behavior could occur.

3. Reporting and Response Mechanism

If you encounter or suspect any form of child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately through the following methods:

• In-App Report Tool: Available in the settings/help section for submitting safety concerns.

• Direct Email Contact: Reach us at helpplusreport@gmail.com for urgent matters.

All reports are reviewed immediately, and appropriate action—including account suspension, data preservation for investigation, and notification to legal authorities—will be taken.

We also encourage users to report directly to local authorities or trusted child protection organizations such as:

4. Compliance with Laws and International Standards

PlusReport complies with all applicable child protection laws and international frameworks, including:

• COPPA – Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)

• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU)

• Digital Services Act (EU)

• Recommendations from Interpol, NCMEC, and the Tech Coalition's Best Practices for combating online CSAE.

5. Age Restriction Enforcement

PlusReport is strictly limited to users aged 18 and over. We utilize age-gating mechanisms during the onboarding process and take measures to prevent underage usage. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

7. Ongoing Monitoring and Enforcement
