Welcome to the "APP User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement apply to your (hereinafter referred to as "User") use of various products and services provided by the APP.
1. Confirmation of the Service Agreement
1.1 Guangzhou Pluslife Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pluslife") agrees to provide services (hereinafter referred to as "Pluslife Services") according to this Agreement and other related operational rules it may publish from time to time.
1.2 Users of Pluslife Services (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must acknowledge and agree to all the terms of this Agreement after fully understanding its content. By completing the registration process as prompted on the webpage, the User's registration, login, and use of the services will be deemed as full acceptance of this Agreement and all rules and regulations published by Pluslife.
1.3 Pluslife has the right to supervise, remind, inspect, and rectify any activities within the Pluslife APP or on its official website.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The specific content of Pluslife Services is determined by Pluslife based on actual circumstances. These services include but are not limited to enabling users to upload, search, and share information with other associated users through their accounts. Pluslife may upgrade or adjust the form of services or products, notifying users via Pluslife APP or website content updates, without separate notification.
2.2 Pluslife Services may include advertisements, and the User agrees to display advertisements provided by Pluslife and its third-party suppliers or partners during the use of the services.
2.3 Pluslife only provides technical services related to Pluslife Services. Users must bear the costs associated with the devices and network access required to use these services (e.g., computer or mobile device expenses, internet, or mobile data fees).
3. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Services
3.1 Due to the particularities of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical faults, user location, device shutdown, viruses, malicious network attacks, etc.), Pluslife reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all of its services. Pluslife will endeavor to notify users promptly and fix issues as soon as possible. However, Pluslife is not responsible for any damages arising from interruptions or errors, and users shall assume these risks.
3.2 Periodic or non-periodic maintenance of platforms or related equipment may result in temporary service interruptions. Pluslife will notify users in advance where possible but is not liable for these interruptions.
3.3 Pluslife reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for users who provide false personal data or violate applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement's rules without bearing liability to users or third parties.
4. User Rules
4.1 When registering for Pluslife Services, users must provide accurate information (e.g., name, gender, contact details, or organization details for corporate users). Users must update their information if there are any changes. Any losses resulting from inaccurate information will be the user's responsibility.
4.2 Upon successful registration, users will receive an account and password. Users are responsible for safeguarding this information and assume full legal responsibility for all activities under their account.
When using Pluslife Services, users must:
Comply with applicable laws and regulations of China.
Not use Pluslife Services for illegal purposes.
Adhere to all network service protocols and guidelines.
Avoid activities that could negatively impact internet stability or harm Pluslife's interests.
4.3 Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or disseminating sensitive or illegal content, including but not limited to:
Content opposing constitutional principles.
Endangering national security or unity.
Promoting hatred, discrimination, or disrupting social stability.
Spreading obscene, violent, or illegal material.
Violating the rights of others or containing prohibited content.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All text, images, logos, audio, and video materials provided within Pluslife Services are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Without authorization, users may not display, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
6. Privacy Protection
6.1 "Privacy" includes personal information as defined under relevant laws.
6.2 Pluslife implements measures to protect user privacy and will not disclose personal information unless authorized by the user or required by law.

7.2 Content displayed via third-party sources does not represent Pluslife's views or guarantee accuracy.
