We will treat your data confidentially, undertake not to share or use any of your proprietary data without your permission.

Plus44 will only interact with your clients, contacts, etc. if you can provide evidence of explicit permission that they have consented to this.

We will keep your data secure, and will delete all of your data within 18 months of ceasing to work with you (unless written instructions to maintain are provided).

You can request us to delete your data at any time, and we will comply within fourteen working days, providing confirmation of completion by email.

Plus44 Terms and Conditions

1. We only accept bank transfer payments.

2. We reserve the right to stop working and apply a 5% late payment charge should payments be later than 10 days.

3. In the case of early contract termination by you, our customer, we will charge for all work delivered, plus a 15% termination fee.

4. Additional work, not specified in the contract, will be invoiced separately with an additional 10% administration fee. Clients must check work delivered and respond within 1 working day (otherwise our ability to deliver to the contractual schedule may be impeded, through no fault of our own).

5. Any work requiring us to contact or liaise with third parties, must be preceded by you providing evidence of permission, in order to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.

6. We will not be able to commence any work until we have received a duly authorised (signed) contract.

7. We will not accept responsibility for any impact on your business unless it can be proved that we have been negligent in the delivery of our contracted obligations.
