1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or playing Plunger Tag: The Fangame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Game.

2. Age Requirements (Meta + COPPA Compliance)

Plunger Tag: The Fangame is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements set by Meta Platforms and applicable law.

In the United States:

• Children under 13 may not use online features without verified parental consent.
  
  

• If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete such information.
  
  

Parents or guardians may contact us to review or request deletion of a child’s information.

3. Online Services & Data Processing

Plunger Tag: The Fangame uses third-party services for multiplayer and backend functionality:

• Photon Engine – Multiplayer networking
  
  

• PlayFab – Account authentication, cloud data, and backend services
  
  

These services may process:

• Player IDs
  
  

• Gameplay statistics
  
  

• Device/network information
  
  

• Multiplayer session data
  
  

All third-party data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or modify the game client
  
  

• Use unauthorized third-party software
  
  

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  
  

• Disrupt servers or multiplayer sessions
  
  

• Attempt to reverse engineer the Game
  
  

Violations may result in:

• Temporary suspension
  
  

• Permanent ban
  
  

• Reset of in-game data
  
  

Enforcement decisions are made at the Developer’s discretion.

5. Virtual Reality Safety Notice

Plunger Tag: The Fangame uses physical arm-based locomotion.

By playing, you acknowledge:

• VR may cause dizziness, disorientation, or physical strain
  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining a safe play area
  
  

• The Developer is not responsible for injuries caused by improper play space setup
  
  

Always clear your surroundings before playing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Plunger Tag: The Fangame, including code, assets, models, branding, and audio, is owned by the Developer unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

7. No Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
  
  

• Error-free gameplay
  
  

• Permanent data storage
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

• Data loss
  
  

• Progress loss
  
  

• Account suspension
  
  

• Indirect or incidental damages
  
  

• Physical injuries related to VR gameplay
  
  

9. Updates & Modifications

We may:

• Update or modify the Game at any time
  
  

• Change features
  
  

• Reset player data
  
  

• Update these Terms
  
  

Continued use of the Game after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

By using Plunger Tag: The Fangame, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Plunger Tag: The Fangame, these Terms, or your access to Plunger Tag: The Fangame will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You waive the right to a trial by jury.

No Class Actions

You agree that disputes may only be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Game must be filed within one year after such claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

11. Right to Suspend or Terminate Access

The Developer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to Plunger Tag: The Fangame at any time, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that the Developer determines to be harmful to Plunger Tag: The Fangame, other players, or the integrity of online services.

Purchase of the In-App Purchases grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access Plunger Tag: The Fangame. Access to online features is not guaranteed and may be discontinued at any time.

No refunds from IAP (In-App Purchases) will be issued for suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of these Terms, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
