About PLUMA
PLUMA Publications is a developing Philippine publishing company committed to helping educators, researchers, graduate students, and aspiring authors prepare their work for professional publication.
Our primary focus is Dissertation and Graduate Research Publication. We assist qualified authors in developing completed academic research into publication-ready journal articles or academic books, depending on the nature, quality, and intended purpose of the manuscript.
We also offer Book-on-Demand and Editorial Services while developing General Education textbooks and other academic learning materials.

Editorial Services

Dr. Winston John Romero Casio is an accomplished Filipino executive, educator, and editor with extensive leadership across the academic, training, and publishing sectors in the Philippines. He serves as the primary visionary and leadership backbone behind Pluma Publications and its affiliated publishing arms. [1, 2]

Dr. Casio has a long-standing history in editorial management and the Philippine book publishing ecosystem:
Corporate Leadership: He is the President and CEO of Chapterhouse Publishing Incorporated, an established publishing entity founded in June 2013 based in Novaliches, Quezon City. [1]
Editorial Expertise: He has served as the Managing Director and Senior Editor for The English Factor since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of structural, line, and technical text-editing experience to his publishing ventures. [1]
