The Tool does not host, modify, develop, or own any plugin content. All intellectual property rights belong to the original authors.
Plugins may originate from local storage, public links, or third-party platforms. The Tool does not verify their legality, ownership, integrity, or security.
Users assume full responsibility for selecting, downloading, and using any plugin.
If any plugin is suspected of infringing your rights, please contact us. We will promptly investigate and remove the related plugin if necessary.
Plugins may be free or require a license as defined by the original authors—this may include one-time payments, subscriptions, or trial limitations.
All pricing, permissions, and service terms are determined by the plugin creators or external platforms, and are not related to this Tool.
The Tool does not sell, resell, or charge for plugins.
Users must acquire proper and legal licenses from appropriate sources as needed.
This Tool is primarily designed for offline operation.
It may connect to the internet only during SketchUp startup, license verification, or plugin library updates.
To enable license verification and related functionality, the Tool may collect necessary data including:
User email address
Device identification (e.g., machine ID)
Plugin activation and license status
This Tool does not sell, disclose, or share personal data with third parties.
By using the Tool, you agree that such technical actions are necessary and part of its normal functionality.
The Tool is provided “as is”, without any guarantees regarding performance, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
The developers of this Tool shall not be held liable for:
Any direct or indirect losses caused by plugin usage
Software conflicts, crashes, or data loss
Legal issues arising from improper plugin licensing
Users assume all risks associated with using this Tool and any third-party plugins.
5. Refund & Chargeback Policy
Subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only.
Each account and device is eligible for one (1) refund only.
Lifetime licenses and one-time purchases are non-refundable once activated.
Any abuse of the refund system, including repeated refunds, account switching, or device manipulation, will result in permanent account and license termination without compensation.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after license activation will be treated as fraudulent use, and all associated licenses and accounts will be permanently revoked.
