This page explains how to request deletion of your plotbecho account and the personal data associated with it. We honour every valid request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to app.plotbecho@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: Delete my account.
Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include the mobile phone number registered with your plotbecho account, so we can verify the request.

We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days of receiving a valid request, and confirm by email once it is done.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile information — name, mobile phone number, email address, profile photo, and Google account identifier.
Your account preferences — default city, language, and contact settings.
Your plot listings, including any photos you uploaded.
Your saved plots (wishlist) and other account activity tied to your profile.

What data may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data only where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations. Where retained, such data is kept no longer than necessary — typically up to 90 days — and is then deleted.
