We will not be monitoring/ receiving information regarding your online activity indirectly - as Google Analytics has been disabled on this website. 

However, as this site is hosted by Google - they have enabled their own features on this site. This may include cookies.

The information the cookie contains is set by the server and it can be used by that server whenever the user visits the site. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, for one of the following reasons:


We process this information based on: 

(a) Consent - you are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting plntrainees@gmail.com 

(b) Professional interest/ public role - improving access to paediatric liaison training for clinicians i.e. improve the quality of our digital/ non-digital resources and raise awareness regarding paediatric liaison training/ career experiences. 


Your details are stored in Google Forms - as this is how we collect information from you. 

We will not share, sell, or distribute this information with external organisations/ third-parties - unless required to do so by law (for example, to comply with applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice or in response to a valid request from a competent authority). 

We may share this information in an anonymised format e.g. survey reports, withholding your name and contact details (unless we have obtained consent to share/ distribute this information in this format)

We keep this information until the end of each year (December) - and will then dispose of your information by deleting the Google data collection form. 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
