Jack Hanssen is a partner of Moyes Hanssen Overson, PLLC and resident of McLean, Virginia where he lives with his wife Rebecca McIlvaine Hanssen and their three boys. He received his B.A. in History from the College of William & Mary in 1999, and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2002. Since 2004, he has been working with David Moyes, Esq., with an active concentration in real estate and trusts & estate practice, including significant work on conservation easement transactions.
Together, they have assisted clients in over 125 conservation easement transactions covering over 20,000 acres all over the Commonwealth, primarily in Loudoun County, but also including Fairfax, Albemarle, Culpeper, Fauquier, Frederick, Rappahannock, and Louisa Counties, as well as the Town of Leesburg and the City of Winchester.
