BRIEF HISTORY
The PLMar Central Student Government (CSG) was established to uphold the dignity, rights, and interests of all bona fide students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. It was founded to provide unified student representation and strengthen the voice of the student body within the Pamantasan.
Since its establishment in 2010, the PLMar CSG has continuously evolved to meet the growing needs of the students. In April 2018, the organization ratified its Revised Constitution and By-Laws, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to effective and progressive governance. Over the years, the CSG expanded its representative bodies and standing committees to improve leadership, governance, and service delivery.
Today, the PLMar CSG stands as the highest student governing body of the Pamantasan, operating through the Executive Board, Consultative Committee, and various Standing Committees. It remains dedicated to promoting student welfare, organizational development, and holistic growth for the entire student community.
