Welcome to the Student Financial Assistance and Grants Office
The Student Financial Assistance and Grants Office of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina (PLMar) warmly welcomes all students to an office dedicated to providing accessible financial assistance, scholarship opportunities, and support programs that help students pursue and complete their education.
Our office serves as a bridge between students and various government agencies, private organizations, foundations, corporations, local government units, and other partner institutions that provide scholarships, grants, and educational assistance.
Scholarships, Grants, and Financial Assistance Programs
Students may explore and apply for various financial assistance programs, including:
CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)– financial assistance for qualified students to help support their educational expenses.
Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)– assistance for eligible students to help address expenses related to tertiary education.
Free Higher Education – benefits provided to qualified students under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931).
CHED AHEAD – an initiative of the Commission on Higher Education that provides additional opportunities and support for qualified students who enrolled in Allied Health programs.
Institutional and External Scholarships – scholarship opportunities offered through PLMar and its partner organizations and institutions.
Private and Corporate Scholarships – educational assistance and scholarship programs provided by private companies, foundations, civic organizations, and other benefactors.
Local Government and Community-Based Assistance – scholarship and educational assistance programs offered by government offices, local organizations, and community partners.
