The Office of the Registrar  is a key academic support office responsible for the management, maintenance, and integrity of students' academic records. It ensures the accurate recording, safekeeping, updating, and evaluation of student information and academic performance, while monitoring each student's progress toward the completion of their academic program.

   The Office is responsible for the implementation of institutional policies and government regulations pertaining to student admission, enrollment, registration, transfer, retention, graduation, and the issuance of academic records and credentials. It is committed to providing efficient, accurate, and student-centered services while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, accountability, and academic integrity in all its transactions.
