The respondents were taken from 2020 to 2025 graduates Colleges of Accountancy (20-2025), Criminology (2020-2025), Education (2020-2025), Nursing (2020-2025), Mass Communication, (2020-2025), Business Management (2020-2025), Tourism Management (2020-2025)Hotel Management (2020-2025),Information Technology (2020-2025), Public Administration (2020-2025) and Psychology/Social Works (2020-2025), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. The research involved 1590 respondents, 72% (1085 respondents) are with work and 28% (424 respondents) are without work. Out of 1085 respondents with work 62% (674 respondents) are on the probationary status and 38% (411 respondents) are on regular status. Out of the 1085 respondents with work 69% (744 respondents) have work that is course related and 31% (341 respondents) have work that is course work unrelated. They classified as under employed because they are doing work which are not within the scope of their preparation. Out of 1085 respondents with work 96% (1034 respondents) are working in local/domestic. Only 4% (51 respondents) few members of the graduates during identified years successfully landed a job abroad particularly in Canada, USA, Japan, Vietnam and Middle East countries. Majority of the respondents who are employed landed a job on private company and agency, Out of 1085 respondents with work 85% (928 respondents) are working in private company. And only few members of the graduates are working in government agency with 15% (157 respondents)

They classified as under employed because they are doing work which are not within the scope of their preparation. Out of 699 respondents with work 97% (678 respondents) are working in local/domestic. Only 3% (21 respondents) few members of the graduates during identified years successfully landed a job abroad particularly in Japan, Vietnam and Middle East countries. Majority of the respondents who are employed landed a job on private company and agency, Out of 699 respondents with work 89% (622 respondents) are working in private company.
