Common questionsWhy does planning take a few seconds?
Plenda builds your whole plan with AI and looks up real places, photos and phone numbers, which usually takes 10–20 seconds.
Why don't some stops have a phone number or website?
Not every place lists them on Google. You can still get directions to every stop.
Why does Plenda ask for my location?
Only to show where you are on each day's map. Your location stays on your iPhone and is never stored or shared.
How do I stop my requests being sent to AI?
Go to Profile → AI & privacy and turn off "Send prompts to OpenAI".
Where are my saved trips?
On your iPhone only. Deleting the app removes them.
