App: Pleasure Diary Your Love Story

We appreciate your interest in our mobile application. The protection of your data is an important concern for us. As this application is designed to function entirely offline, all data processing takes place exclusively on your local device.

This is a purely offline app that does not collect, store, or process personal data.
No Personal Data: At no point does the app ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other data that would allow you to be personally identified.
No Tracking or Advertising: The app contains no tracking tools, no analytical services, and no third-party advertising modules. No data is shared with third parties.
No Internet Connection: The app operates completely offline.
The app stores all data exclusively locally on your end device to enable the core functions of the digital diary. This data serves purely functional purposes and is not considered personal data in the narrower sense, as it is not linked to a specific identifiable person.
Types of Locally Stored Data: Diary entries created by you; images selected from your device gallery and assigned to the app; generated PDF files and JSON backups.
Use of Locally Stored Data: This data is used exclusively for display and management within the app.
Handling of Images: When you select images from your device gallery, the app only accesses the images explicitly selected by you to store them locally in the app's own storage folder. No further access to your gallery or other media data takes place.
Deletion of Locally Stored Data: Data can be deleted by:
Deleting the data directly within the app at any time.
Deleting the data via the app settings of your operating system (storage management).
Uninstalling the app (which deletes all associated data), provided it has not been backed up previously.
The app offers the following functions for data backup and user control:
Export (PDF/JSON): Allows you to export locally stored diary entries as PDF or JSON files. The created file is stored exclusively on your local storage and only leaves the device if you choose to share the file yourself.
As developers, we have no access to these exported files.
As an application distributed via an app store (such as Google Play), the processing of the download and license verification is handled by the respective store operator. This processing is the responsibility of the store operator and typically includes: your payment information and device IDs for verifying the license and the purchase/download status. As developers, we receive only anonymized statistics from the store operator and have no access to your payment or license data collected by the store operator.
Since the app does not collect or store personal data from you, your rights (right of access, right to rectification, erasure, etc., according to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR) are primarily limited to the data processed by the app store during the purchase/download process, or to the locally stored functional data.
Right to Access, Rectification, and Erasure: These rights are exercised directly by you through the full control you have over your locally stored entries and images (editing and deleting within the app or via app storage management—see Section 3).

Our app is designed for users aged 16 and older. Since the app generally does not collect personal data from users of any age, separate parental consent is not required. The requirements of the GDPR and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the USA regarding the processing of personal data of children are considered fulfilled in this case.
We reserve the right to adjust this privacy policy if necessary to adapt it to changed legal requirements or new functions of our app. The current version will be available in the app and in the app store. We recommend that you check this statement regularly.
