About Me

Hey, sweet mama! I'm Kate Overton, and I'm so pleased you're here! I would love to get to know you better, and would be honored to be a part of your birth story.

First and foremost, I am a sinner saved by the grace and mercy of Christ Jesus, my King. This side of heaven, I am a full-time mama and homemaker, as well as a pregnancy and birth doula serving the Northeast Mississippi region.

Psalm 127 says that children are an inheritance and blessing from the Lord. Yet when we think about the idea of birth, we often think of it with anxiety and fear! My goal as a doula is to help you prepare for your sweet blessing with love, courage, and with joy. Birth doesn't have to be something you fear! Let's talk soon, and let's make a plan to give you a birth that is on your terms-devoid of fear and full of joy!
