Contract Proposal Template (1).pdfThe tentative 2026-2028 agreement was approved at the Board of Education meeting on January 26. Earlier this month, PLEA members voted in favor, with a strong 75% backing the agreement. Now, it's officially ratified.
During negotiations, both PLEA and district reps tackled key issues like the salary schedule and longevity, understanding that these topics need ongoing focus. In the end, the approved contract is about putting more money directly into members' hands.
