Playtonz (“Playtonz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a tech company that creates and publishes mobile games. Through this Privacy Policy, we want to clarify how and why we collect, store, share, and handle your personal data, following the laws of the countries where we operate.

Data Collected Automatically
We also automatically gather certain types of information to run and improve our Services, including:

Device Details: Information about your device’s manufacturer, model, operating system, time zone, and language.

Other players, for features like leaderboards if you log in with a third-party account.

Social Sharing
Some Services include social sharing tools (like Facebook’s “Like” or “Share” buttons) that let you share your in-game actions. You must be at least the minimum legal age in your country to use these features. How much you share depends on your privacy settings with the social network providing the feature.
Children
You must be 13 years or older to use our Services, or 16+ in the European Economic Area. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and using our Services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Protecting your data is important to us. However, no method of online transfer or storage is fully secure. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee its complete security.
Push Notifications

Payments
For any paid Services, we work with third-party payment processors. We do not store or process your payment card details directly — that is handled by our payment partners. They comply with PCI-DSS standards for secure payment handling.

You agree to pay any fees and taxes incurred on your account. Playtonz may change prices at any time. You understand that unused virtual items do not entitle you to a refund if your account is closed, whether by you or by us.
