본 약관은 플레이플래닛게임즈(이하 '회사')가 모바일 기기를 통해 제공하는 모든 게임 및 제반 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
"이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"콘텐츠"란 회사가 서비스와 관련하여 디지털 방식으로 제작한 유료/무료 아이템, 게임 머니 등을 의미합니다.
이용자는 플랫폼 사업자(구글, 애플 등)의 스토어를 통해 서비스를 내려받아 이용할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 내의 비정상적인 행위(핵, 매크로 등)를 하는 이용자에 대해 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 플랫폼 사업자의 결제 방식에 따라 유료 콘텐츠를 구매할 수 있습니다.
청약철회: 구매 후 사용하지 않은 콘텐츠는 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 단, 즉시 사용되거나 패키지 형태의 아이템 등 일부 콘텐츠는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
환불은 각 플랫폼 사업자(구글 플레이 스토어, 애플 앱스토어)의 환불 정책에 따라 진행됩니다.
회사는 관련 법령을 준수하며 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.
회사는 천재지변, 서버 점검, 통신 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") aim to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Play Planet Games (the "Company") and its users regarding the use of games and related services provided via mobile devices.
"User" means a person who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
"Content" means digital items, game currency, etc. (paid or free) produced by the Company in connection with the services.
Users may download and use the services through the stores of platform providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).
The Company may restrict the use of services for users who engage in abnormal activities (e.g., hacking, using macros, etc.).
Users may purchase paid content according to the payment methods of the platform providers.
Cancellation of Purchase: Users may request a refund for unused content within 7 days of purchase. However, refunds may be restricted for content that is consumed immediately or for certain package items.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the respective platform providers (Google, Apple).
The Company complies with relevant laws and does its best to provide stable services.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, server maintenance, or communication failures.
