Request to Delete Your Account and Data

At PlayerPort, we value your privacy and want to make it easy for you to manage your data. If you wish to delete your PlayerPort account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Email Request: Send an email to contact@octomod.com from the email address associated with your PlayerPort account.

2. Subject Line: Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line of your email.

3. Required Information: In the email body, provide your username and a brief reason for the deletion request.

Data Deletion Details

Upon processing your request, we will delete the following data:

• Account Information: Username, email address, and associated profile details.

• Transaction History: Any records of game accounts and items bought or sold.

• Personal Preferences: Any saved settings or preferences.

Data Retention

• Support Requests: Some support-related communications may be retained for a period of 6 months to ensure service integrity and handle any disputes.

• Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained as required by law for up to 12 months.
