This library provides a flexible and reliable API for scheduling and executing deferrable and guaranteed background work, even if the app is closed or the device is restarted.

  • Retrofit: We use Retrofit("com.squareup.retrofit2") for making network requests to APIs. Retrofit simplifies HTTP communication by converting API responses into Java objects and supports both synchronous and asynchronous requests. It helps in efficient data fetching, such as loading content from remote servers, and is commonly used for handling RESTful API interactions within the app.

  • Lifecycle Components: We use Android Lifecycle components to manage the lifecycle of UI-related components in a way that minimizes memory leaks and ensures proper resource management.

  • ExoPlayer : We use ExoPlayer("com.google.android.exoplayer")  to handle audio and video playback within the app. ExoPlayer provides efficient media streaming and supports a wide range of formats, ensuring smooth playback for local and online video content. This library facilitates the management of multiple DEX files, allowing us to build larger apps that incorporate numerous dependencies without encountering build errors. By enabling Multidex, we can ensure that all methods and classes are accessible at runtime, improving the overall scalability of our application as it grows in complexity.

  • RxAndroid: We use the RxAndroid library ("io.reactivex.rxjava2:rxandroid") to facilitate reactive programming in our app, allowing for asynchronous and event-based programming models. This library provides Android-specific bindings for RxJava, enabling smoother integration with the Android lifecycle and making it easier to handle tasks like UI updates, background processing, and data streams in a concise and efficient manner.

  • CircleImageView: We use the CircleImageView library ("de.hdodenhof:circleimageview:3.1.0") to display images in a circular shape within our app. This customizable ImageView extends the standard ImageView to allow for easily creating circular images with options for borders and scaling. It enhances the app's UI by providing a visually appealing way to present profile pictures or other images, ensuring they fit well within a circular frame.

  • PRDownloader: We use the PRDownloader library ("com.github.amitshekhariitbhu:PRDownloader") to facilitate efficient and easy file downloading in our app. This library provides a simple API for downloading files with support for features like pause, resume, and cancel operations, as well as handling notifications for download progress. By utilizing PRDownloader, we ensure reliable file downloads while optimizing network usage and enhancing the user experience with clear download status updates.

  • User Messaging Platform: We use the User Messaging Platform library ("com.google.android.ump:user-messaging-platform:2.2.0") to implement consent management and user messaging related to privacy and data usage within our app. This library provides a framework for displaying privacy notices and obtaining user consent for data collection and personalized advertising.
