By downloading or using Ember, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
Ember is intended to provide conversation games and social experiences for entertainment purposes.
You agree to use Ember responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
You may not:
Use Ember for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app.
Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app without permission.
Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Ember allows users to create custom categories and custom questions.
You are responsible for any content you create within the app.
By using Ember, you confirm that you have the right to create and use any content you add.
Ember offers optional premium features through Ember+.
Subscriptions are:
Processed through Apple's App Store.
Automatically renew unless canceled.
Managed through your Apple ID account settings.
Apple is responsible for all billing, subscription management, and refunds.
All app content, branding, graphics, software, and original question collections are owned by Ember unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Ember's content without permission.
We work to keep Ember available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will always be free from bugs or errors.
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ember shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
Your use of Ember is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Ember after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
