Shubham ,we provides the InSaver: IG Video Downloader application (the "Service") as a Free app. This page informs users regarding our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.
By choosing to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data and device permissions are utilized.
We highly value your privacy. InSaver operates strictly as a local, on-device utility.
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we require you to log in to your personal social media accounts through our application to use its core public features. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your downloaded videos, photos, audio files, or personal browsing history with any external servers or third parties. All media parsing and downloading processes occur locally on your device hardware.
To provide the core functionalities of the Service, the application requests specific device permissions. We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the app to function.
Read/Write External Storage (Photos/Media/Files):
Why we need it: To save the media files (videos, photos, audio) you choose to download directly to your device's local storage/gallery, and to allow you to view, rename, or delete them from within the app's Downloads dashboard.
Internet Access & Network State:
Why we need it: To connect to the internet to fetch, parse, and download media files from public URLs provided by the user.
System Alert Window (Display Over Other Apps):
Why we need it: This permission is strictly used to power the "Auto-Download" floating widget feature. It allows the app to display a convenient, floating download button on your screen without requiring you to switch back and forth between applications.
Package Usage Stats (Usage Data Access):
Why we need it: This permission allows the app to determine which application is currently in the foreground. We use this exclusively to ensure the floating download widget only appears when you are actively browsing Instagram, maintaining a clean experience when you are using other apps.
Modify System Settings:
Why we need it: This permission is requested only if you use the specific feature to extract audio and set it as your device's ringtone or notification sound directly from the app.
Set Wallpaper:
Why we need it: To allow you to take a downloaded photo or video thumbnail and apply it directly as your device's home or lock screen wallpaper.
