⭐ Please join us to learn the sport of field hockey.  Open to players of all ages and genders.  Please wear athletic shoes (Field Hockey specific turf shoes are not required for beginners. No cleats allowed on turf).  Contact the Coach prior to purchasing a stick he may be able to provide you with a try out stick with advanced notice and show you a stick that suits you to purchase.  Shin guards are required for regular play but but are not required on the first day for beginners.

Session Days & Times:

• Field Players group sessions are on Sunday* mornings from 9am - 10am at Pro Strikers, 2230 16th St Sacramento CA 95818.

• Goalkeepers group sessions are on Sunday* mornings from 10am - 11am at Pro Strikers, 2230 16th St Sacramento CA 95818.

Other sessions may get scheduled based on player availability or requests. Individual 1-on-1 sessions will also be scheduled based on the player's availability and need.

🗓️ *Please join our Band App page for updates on any schedule changes, RSVP for sessions and check on the coaches availability. Due to the increasing number of players at sessions a check-in with the coach at least one hour prior to each session is recommended to reserve a spot for yourself in the group sessions to ensure that no more than 10 players are present at each session.

Session Pricing:

🏌️ Individual Session of 1 hour (guaranteed to be a 1-on-1 session) : $60 per session OR $200 for 4 sessions (Saving of $40).

🏌️🏌️🏌️ Group session (guaranteed for the group to be no more than 10 players per session): $40 per session OR $150 for 4 sessions (Saving of $10).

Equipment Required:

🏑 Field Hockey Stick (Beginners please contact the Coach before purchasing a stick)

🦵 Shin Guards (Beginners need not purchase Field Hockey specific shin guards unless advised to do so by the Coach)

🤐 Mouth Guard

👟 Athletic Shoes (Field Hockey specific shoes are not mandatory however soccer cleats are not allowed on the field)

👊 Field Hockey knuckle guard (optional)

🥅 Goalkeeping gear (for goalkeepers only)
