The Platinum LED Application is designed as a standalone tool to control supported therapy light devices. The Application does not require user registration or account creation. You can use all core features of the Application without providing any personal identification details (such as your name, phone number, or password).

2. Information Collection and Hardware Permissions

We minimize data collection to provide you with a smooth and secure experience.

• Bluetooth Broadcasting & Permissions: The Application uses Bluetooth broadcasting features to transmit control signals to nearby Platinum LED hardware devices.

  • The Application does not establish a persistent Bluetooth pairing or two-way connection.

  • In compliance with Android operating system requirements, the Application may request Bluetooth (Nearby Devices) and/or Location permissions solely to enable Bluetooth advertising/broadcasting. We do not collect, store, track, or share your precise or physical geolocation.

• Device and Technical Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information (such as operating system version, device model, and basic app crash/performance metrics) strictly for stability and troubleshooting purposes.

• No Financial / Payment Data: The Application does not offer in-app purchases, e-commerce checkout, or payment transactions. We do not collect or process any billing or credit card information.

3. How We Use Information

Any technical data or permissions accessed by the Application are used exclusively to:

• Enable local Bluetooth broadcasting commands to control your hardware devices.

• Diagnose technical errors and improve application performance and reliability.

• Respond to customer service inquiries sent directly to our support team.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking or ad networks within the Application.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Because the Application does not require an account and does not store personal data on remote servers:

• Local Data: Any local preferences or settings are stored directly on your mobile device and can be erased at any time by clearing the application cache/data or uninstalling the Application.
