Welcome to PLanZO. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name and email when you sign in.
App settings: Work schedule, shifts, selected country, and official holidays.
Notes and content: Voice notes and text you enter for vacation planning. We use them to improve dialect understanding and the app.
Approximate location: With your consent, we use your location to customize holidays for your country. We do not store precise GPS coordinates.
3. How We Use Information
We use local data to run the app and display your schedule, holidays, and shifts.
We may send note text to AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) for analysis and task creation. This improves your planning experience.
We use Firebase (Firestore and Storage) to store and sync some data such as Jernaas learning and terms.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers necessary to run the app (such as Google and OpenAI) under their terms.
5. Data Storage and Security
Local data is stored on your device. Data sent to the cloud is transmitted over a secure connection. Secret keys are not stored insecurely in the app.
6. Permissions
Calendar: To display official holidays and events.
Location: To customize holidays for your country (one-time).
Microphone and speech recognition: For voice commands and note-taking.
Notifications: To send reminders for shifts and leave. You can disable them in device settings.
Face ID: To protect your vacation data (optional).
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
When you subscribe to PLanZO Pro, payment is processed by Apple (App Store). We do not receive your card details or payment information. We only receive your subscription status (active/expired) to provide paid features. To manage or cancel your subscription, use your Apple ID settings on your device.
8. Your Rights
You can request deletion or export of your data from within the app. For inquiries, contact us via Settings or the app's support email.
9. Updates
We may update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period."
