This Privacy Policy explains how PlanWork: Shift Calendar ("PlanWork", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Android application.
PlanWork is designed as a simple shift calendar that helps users create, manage, and view recurring work schedules.
We respect your privacy and follow a privacy-first approach. The core functionality of PlanWork works locally on your device and does not require you to create an account.
PlanWork may store information that you voluntarily enter or configure in the App, including:
work schedules and shift patterns;
shift types, colors, and templates;
individual day modifications;
notes associated with calendar days;
optional earnings entries;
app preferences and settings;
locally created backup data.
This information is stored locally on your device.
PlanWork does not operate a developer-controlled server for storing your schedules, notes, earnings, or other calendar content. We do not have access to the content you enter into your schedules.
If you use the App's Local Backup / Restore functionality, backup data is created only when you request it and is stored in a location selected or controlled by you. You are responsible for managing and deleting those backup files.
The free version of PlanWork may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain technical information, including IP address, general location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, advertising identifiers, App Set ID, and other device or account-related identifiers where applicable.
Google may use this information for purposes such as advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and improving its advertising services.
Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise limited.
The PlanWork Pro Lifetime upgrade removes advertisements from the App.
PlanWork does not sell advertising data and does not operate its own advertising profiling system.
PlanWork uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to manage advertising consent and privacy choices.
In regions where consent or additional privacy choices are legally required, including certain users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable jurisdictions, you may be presented with a consent or privacy message before advertising services are used.
Your advertising choices may affect whether personalized or non-personalized advertising is displayed.
Where available, you may review or change your advertising privacy choices through the privacy options provided by the App or Google's consent interface.
PlanWork may offer a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase through Google Play.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Google according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
The App may receive information necessary to determine the status of your purchase and whether Pro features should be unlocked.
There are no subscriptions unless this policy and the App are explicitly updated in the future.
PlanWork does not require registration or creation of a user account.
The core shift-calendar functionality does not require you to provide us with your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise geographic location, or payment information.
Information processed by third-party Google services such as AdMob and Google Play is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and data-processing practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
PlanWork does not upload your schedules, shift patterns, notes, earnings entries, or locally stored calendar information to our own servers.
Certain technical information may be collected and processed directly by third-party services integrated into the App, particularly Google AdMob, Google's consent services, and Google Play Billing, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Those services process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.
Your locally stored PlanWork data generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Local backup files remain in the storage location where they were created until you delete them.
Because we do not maintain a server-side account containing your PlanWork schedules or notes, there is generally no separate developer account or cloud record that you need to request us to delete.
Information processed independently by Google or other platform services is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those services.
We design PlanWork to minimize unnecessary data collection and keep the App's core user-created information on the device.
We use established Android platform mechanisms and trusted Google services where external services are required.
Third-party services may use encrypted network connections when transmitting information.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
PlanWork is a general productivity application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
We do not knowingly request children to submit personal information directly to us.
If applicable laws require special consent or restrictions for a particular user, third-party advertising and platform services may apply additional privacy protections based on their policies, settings, and regulatory requirements.
PlanWork may use third-party services provided by Google, including:
Google AdMob for advertising.
