  Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Plant X ("the App") developed by

  Muhammad Kashan Bin Nadeem ("we," "our," or "us").

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,

   do not use the App.

  2. Description of Service

  Plant X is a plant care companion app that provides:

  - Plant identification using on-device image recognition

  - Plant health diagnosis

  - AI-powered plant care chat (Ask Botanist)

  - Personal garden management and care reminders

  3. Subscriptions and Payments

  Free Tier

  The App offers limited free access:

  - 10 plant identifications

  - 5 plant diagnoses

  - 15 chat messages

  Premium Subscription

  Premium access is available through in-app purchases:

  - Weekly subscription

  - Monthly subscription

  - Lifetime (one-time purchase)

  - Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

  - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current

  period.

  - You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

  - Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

  No Refund by Developer

  We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or

  Google Play Store.

  4. Acceptable Use

  You agree not to:

  - Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  - Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment mechanisms

  - Send abusive, harmful, or illegal content through the chat feature

  - Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  - Plant identification and diagnosis results are for informational purposes only. They should not be

  relied upon as professional botanical, agricultural, or medical advice.

  - Do not use the App to determine if a plant is safe to consume. Always consult a qualified professional

   before ingesting any plant.

  - We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any identification, diagnosis, or

  advice provided by the App.

  - The AI chat feature provides general plant care information and may occasionally produce inaccurate

  responses.

  6. Limitation of Liability

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

  CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  - Loss of plants, crops, or garden materials based on App recommendations

  - Health issues arising from reliance on plant identification results

  - Any damages resulting from inaccurate identification or diagnosis

  - Loss of data or service interruptions

  OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12)

  MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

  7. Intellectual Property

  All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, code, text,

  graphics, and logos — are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a

   limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  8. Third-Party Services

  The App integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Apple App Store, Google Play). Your use of these

  services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability,

   accuracy, or content of third-party services.

  9. Termination

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for

  conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

  10. Changes to Terms

  We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the

  App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

  11. Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to

  conflict of law principles.

  12. Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in

  full force and effect.
