All outputs are generated using automated systems and are provided for informational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features of the Service may be available for free, while others require a subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually), depending on the plan selected.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with their policies.
You may upload photos or other content (“User Content”) to use certain features of the Service.
By submitting User Content, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
You have the rights to submit the content
The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
The Service provides general plant care guidance only. It does not constitute professional agricultural, botanical, or horticultural advice.
Results may not be accurate or complete
Environmental factors and plant conditions may vary
You should use independent judgment or consult a professional when necessary
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information:
Plant identification and disease diagnosis are not guaranteed to be correct
Recommendations (e.g., watering, lighting, repotting) are estimates based on available data
The Service may not account for all environmental or biological variables
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by the provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months
