PlantFit (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
PlantFit helps users:
Capture or import plant photos for identification or health-related guidance
Save plants and notes in a garden
Manage reminders (such as watering) and optional notifications
Use Flora chat for plant care questions
Review scan history and related features
Much of your plant list, reminders, and related app data may be stored on your device.
We may collect and process:
Plant names, notes, locations, and similar fields you enter
Photos you capture or select for scans
Scan outputs shown to you (which may be derived from your inputs)
Chat messages you send to Flora (and responses returned to the App)
Preferences and settings you configure in the App
Depending on your device and App version, much of this may remain local on your device using operating system and on-device storage mechanisms.

Payments for subscriptions are handled by Apple; we do not collect payment card details inside the App.
Photos you provide may reveal surroundings; only share what you are comfortable submitting.

Generate scan results and chat responses (using service providers / backends as configured)

Much of your garden and reminder data may be stored locally on your device.
Some processing requires transmitting data (such as a photo or chat prompt) to servers to return a result.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect processed information.
No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
PlantFit may use third-party services including:
Apple App Store (payments and subscription management)
Subscription tooling (for example, RevenueCat or similar)
Analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, performance monitoring, messaging, or similar providers (for example, Firebase or similar services)
Cloud or API services used to power scans, chat, or other features (depending on the build)
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store.
We do not collect or store payment card details in the App.
Subscription entitlement data may be processed by Apple and subscription providers to confirm access.
Subscriptions can be managed through Apple ID settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data.
You may be able to:
Edit or delete certain data within the App (where supported)
Disable notifications
Restore purchases (where applicable)

PlantFit is not intended for children under 13.
