A Tree Planting permit is required to plant trees and shrubs in the public right of way (usually the area between the sidewalk and the street or neutral grounds). You must submit plans for the trees and/or shrubs intended to be planted and the permit is free of charge. Applicant must agree to water the tree for one year.
