The Application helps users identify plants, flowers, trees, succulents, and other vegetation using AI-powered image recognition and plant care tools.

Gardening and plant care guidance
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or tamper with the Application
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Interfere with the Application’s functionality, systems, or security
Misuse AI-generated information or recommendations
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including:
Unlimited plant scans
Advanced plant disease analysis
Personalized care plans
Ad-free experience
Premium gardening tools and insights
Weekly Subscription: $9.99 USD per week
Prices may vary depending on your region, currency, taxes, or app store policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
If canceled, premium access remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
All subscriptions and purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
For billing issues including accidental purchases or duplicate charges, please contact the relevant app store support provider directly.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases through official app store payment systems.
All purchases:
Are non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
The Application uses AI-based technologies and plant databases to identify plants and provide care recommendations.
We do not guarantee that plant identifications, disease analyses, watering schedules, or care recommendations will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
The information provided by the Application is for informational and educational purposes only and should not replace professional horticultural, agricultural, botanical, or veterinary advice.
You are responsible for verifying plant safety, toxicity, and care requirements independently.
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to the Application.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze such content solely for operating, improving, and providing Application features.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Incorrect plant identification or recommendations
Damage to plants, gardens, or property
Loss of saved data or plant records
AI-generated inaccuracies
Subscription or billing issues managed by third-party app stores
Service interruptions, technical errors, or bugs
Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
The Application may use third-party services including analytics providers, advertising partners, cloud hosting providers, AI-processing services, and crash reporting tools.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Plant Identifier & Plant Care is an independent application.
The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any botanical organization, gardening company, plant database provider, or third-party brand unless explicitly stated.
