Once everything is set up, 909 Jumpers Rentals will deliver and pick up the rentals at the time stated on the contract1.
Water Jumper Policies
Paying for your order can be done via cash or credit cards, but be aware that a 3% convenience fee is added to the total if paying by card. If you need to cancel your order, you can reply to the confirmation email you received when placing the order, and your deposit will be credited toward another event within 180 days1.
For orders at a park, business, or church, you're advised to call 909 Jumpers Rentals before booking. New orders can be placed until 12 PM on the day of your event, but a $75 last-minute booking fee will be applied for orders booked on the same day. If you want the rentals picked up on the same day of your event, there's an additional $50 fee, and pick up will be between 8 PM and 10 PM2.
