Application refers to the software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Planetrium.
Application Store refers to the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store) where the Application is downloaded.
Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of voting rights or equity interests.
Country refers to: Belize
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Cloudvara Ltd., New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Service refers to the Application.
Terms and Conditions (or “Terms”) means this agreement governing use of the Service.

You means the individual or legal entity using the Service.

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service.

USD $100 if no purchase has been made.

the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
defects will be corrected
the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
the Service will meet Your expectations

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
If You have any dispute with the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.
EU Users
If You are a resident of the European Union, You are entitled to mandatory protections under the laws of Your country of residence.
United States Legal Compliance
You confirm that:
You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo
You are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to reflect its intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Translation
If these Terms are translated, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
