Mount Cardigan is a 3,121-foot mountain, located in Cardigan Mountain State Park in the towns of Orange and Alexandria in NH. Last year, our scouts climbed it, but this year they did it again.
At the top of Mount Cardigan, there is a fire tower, which was open the day we climbed. In the fire tower, a ranger showed us how the fire towers were used.
After climbing Mount Cardigan, our scouts went to Funspot, the world's largest arcade!
It may have been less than 3 miles to the summit from where we camped, but the elevation increse made it feel like much more!
