Let’s see how many points you can earn:

• • • If you are in a spring sport then you will earn 20 points automatically

      • • Lifting is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:30 till 3:15 p.m.

        • Freestyle wrestling will be hosted at Oswego High School from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 

          • • Athletes will need to purchase a U.S.A. card which can be found at the following link https://www.usawmembership.com/login    

            • Oswego requires $10 a practice if only going a few times or $150 for the next 2 months.

• June 23-26th  ISI Summer Team Competition camp 

  • At Wesleyan College in Bloomington IL

    • It is $335 for 3 nights and 4 days of wrestling
