I tattoo at A Vita Tattoo (470 North Greenbush Road, Rensselaer, NY 12144) on Saturdays starting at 12pm. I accept walk-ins when possible, but recommend making an appointment beforehand. Once you have filled out the Google Form below, I will contact you directly via email if your date and/or alternative date are available. If not, I will provide you with additional options. The email will detail further information regarding your appointment.
Custom Designs are done on a case by case basis and will only be accepted if availability allows. I will not directly replicate the work of other artists, but will work with you to create a design that is unique to you based on your ideas and reference imagery of your choosing.
