AKA the "Green Roof Condos", LGI is only accessible by boat or by our private ferry (included) which runs hourly. We have a private freshwater pool (also included) right on the island.  A nature lovers and fisherman's paradise with private dock to fish from. The island has no roads and no cars, just lots of palm trees, sand, wildlife and a pristine beach, great for shelling and long beach walks. Connected to the north opening of Charlotte Harbor and just North of Boca Grand. Nearby areas; Placida, Cape Haze, Charlotte Harbor, Englewood, Venice, and Rotonda. Closest airports are Fort Myers and Sarasota.
