1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Placewise, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Placewise for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Accounts
You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for access to your device and account. Cloud save requires Sign in with Apple and an internet connection.
4. Virtual items
Coins, streaks, unlocks, and other in-app progress have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may change or be reset if we update the game. Losing a device without cloud save may mean lost progress.
5. Advertising
Placewise may offer optional rewarded ads (for example coins, hints, or skip). Rewards are granted only when the ad network confirms completion. Ad availability and rewards may change. Personalized ads depend on your consent choices (see Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, abuse ad rewards, reverse engineer the app, disrupt services, or use the app unlawfully.
7. Availability
The app is provided “as is.” Levels, features, ads, and cloud sync may be unavailable or change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app anytime. We may suspend or limit access if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.
