Participants need to register for the PT24 Conference through the registration website.

Conference fee

• Ordinary early bird fee by 31st May 2024 280 EUR

• Student early bird fee by 31st May 2024 100 EUR

• Ordinary fee 380 EUR

• Student fee 120 EUR

• Accompanying person early bird fee by 31st May 2024 100 EUR

• Accompanying person fee 150 EUR

• Listener early bird fee by 31st May 2024 100 EUR

• Listener 150 EUR

• Special fee* 100 EUR

* The participation of scientists from organizing institutions is defined by a special fee level (when registering for the conference, please add the certificate)

If the paper is presented at the conference by one author, the others are welcome to the conference under the accompanying person fee or PhD student fee if they belong to that category. 

The participation fee includes:

• Access to the conference and all parallel sessions

• Full electronic proceedings and book of abstracts

• Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference

The conference fee does not include accommodation payment.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on the 8th of July and will cost 10.000 HUF or 25 EUR per participant. 

Participants are invited to express their interest in attending the dinner through the registration form.

Payments can be made in EUR. 

Payment details will be communicated individually to each participant upon the completion of their registration.
