This home is located in a quiet residential area. No loud parties or anything that is disrupting the neighborhood will be tolerated. If your looking for a party house this is not it. You are welcome to have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner at all times.
Outdoor Quiet hours are 9:00 PM nightly. (Pool & Spa and Basketball Court). Zero tolerance for violating the noise ordinance. In the event, this happens and the authorities come to the property your stay will be terminated immediately and you will be escorted off the property. You will also lose all of your security deposit.
No Smoking at all in our around the home. Any evidence of smoking on the property will result in loss of full deposit.
