MISSION

ㅤPKU’s mission is to diminish the illegal activities of predators and paraphiles across all platforms to the fullest extent. We are dedicated to safeguarding the innocent from the degenerative effects of corruption, ensuring justice for victims encountered, holding perpetrators accountable through law enforcement channels, familiarizing and enhancing the skills of our members through operations and targeted training (including department courses and practical experiments), promoting transparency and impartial truth, and restoring the purity of the internet.

• I have a certain case that needs to be reported. What do I do?

ㅤLet the staff or volunteers know of any cases you may have in the case appointment channel.

ㅤ(Be reminded that false and unsubstantiated claims toward an individual or group will be rejected.)

• Are there any requirements for an appointed case to be held?

ㅤWe will only proceed with your case if it meets the eligibility requirements, which include case value and durability, information about the perpetrator(s), and the accuracy of the intelligence provided by the victim(s).

• How long will my case take to be completed?

ㅤIt is indefinite how long it will take for your case to be completed. However, the average time takes about 3-4 weeks. Although it mainly depends on the amount of evidence available, that should accelerate the process.

• Does the organization do any sort of vigilantism?

ㅤVigilantism is strictly prohibited in the organization; therefore, it is the law enforcement's job to handle the punishment of the perpetrators themselves. PKU only covers documentation, promotion of public knowledge (for cases), and reporting of cases to law enforcement to maintain legality. Nothing more, nothing less.

• Is raiding and/or nuking conducted in the server?

ㅤWe do not condone this violation of Discord's Terms of Service, which may result in devastating consequences. We will also permanently disassociate from any individual or group involved in the power to use such forbidden methods.

• Why should I trust the organization in assisting my case(s)?

ㅤWe take careful procedures to ensure that the quality of our clients' appointed cases is satisfactory. If you believe the output for your case failed to meet our standards, notify us immediately.

DEPARTMENTS

• Data Department

ㅤThe Data Department is responsible for the systematic collection and thorough analysis of information and intelligence obtained from designated sources of the identified parties.

• Logistics Department

ㅤThe Logistics Department is responsible for the documentation and organization of materials related to ongoing cases, ensuring effective management and accessibility.

• Undercover Personnel (U.C.) Department

ㅤThe U.C. Department is responsible for covert work, utilizing false identities and surveillance to engage with perpetrators of interest and extract vital information and intelligence as evidence.

• Dispatch Department

ㅤThe Dispatch Department is responsible for reporting cases to law enforcement agencies through their established tip-lines and contacts.

• Dissemination Department

ㅤThe Dissemination Department is responsible for raising public awareness regarding specific cases and supporting the identification of perpetrators through various communication channels.

PROGRAMS

• Regular Program

ㅤThe Regular Program facilitates documentation, public awareness, and reporting of cases to law enforcement. This is our main program for conducting operations. It is primarily led by recruited individuals who want a traditional approach to diminishing perpetrators.

• Takedown Program

ㅤAn offshoot of the Regular Program, the Takedown Program facilitates reporting of illegal online material on the internet. Including websites or domains, servers, networks, channels or profiles, and content. It is primarily led by recruited individuals who sought to not only diminish the predators' and paraphilics' presence, but to undermine the source of their work.

• Welfare Program

ㅤThe Welfare Program facilitates aid and other forms of assistance to individuals and groups in need, particularly to those who are vulnerable or at risk from sexual exploitation. It is primarily led by dedicated volunteers who are committed to providing support, addressing the needs of traumatized victims and witnesses alike, and ensuring them access to essential resources and safeguards to support their well-being.
