PAVAN holds a master's degree in Pubic Administration with two decades of experience in Pubic Policy research. Before working as a Lecturer of Political Science for 10 years, he prepared for Central Civil Services Examination and cleared Mains.

Out of his passion for working as a political strategist

1. He has handled training and strategy development for multiple institutions for the betterment of their image and achieve the desired outcomes of their policies.

2. He worked as a trainer for Araku, Srikakulam and Kakinada parliamentary constituencies for TDP. Trainer for counting agents, Kakinada parliamentary constituency.

3. Prepared a detailed Election Management Strategy paper and submitted to the former Chief Minister of Combined State of Andhra Pradesh Sri Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy during the General Elections for Legislative Assembly, 2004. Most of the points were adopted during the electioneering with remarkable victories.

4. Prepared a detailed action plan for strengthening BJP from grass roots in Telangana and submitted to the state leadership in 2017.

5. Worked closely with BJP state leadership in Telangana, for identifying the suitable candidates for Ramagundam Municipal Corporation Elections. Our strategy and inputs were vital in increasing their vote share by 149%.

6. Submitted Action Plan to former BJP State President Laxman & MLC Ramachandra Rao regarding GHMC Elections in 2019
