The founder of PJ’s Pals Childcare Center LLC, Chelsea O’Meally, founded the company in 2020 when she decided to merge her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and experience in Childhood and Early Childhood education together. After fulfilling her duties as a classroom teacher and an Assistant Director at a school and daycare center, respectively, Chelsea realized that she could pursue opening her own quality care program for families in her community. The childcare needs of her sister, Demitria, was the final “push” to turn an idea into reality. PJ’s Pals now exists to cater to the needs of working families and parents who desire flexible schedules, like Demitria. 

Chelsea is kind, friendly, and helpful. Her nurturing spirit has empowered dozens of children ranging from ages birth-12. She continues to excel in her ability to care for her nephews, Christian (PJ) and Karrignton, and promises the same value of care for your little ones!
